What are the shipping times?

We ship from our warehouse in New York to all the US. Using a few different carriers. Dispatch within 3 to 5 business days. Delivery subject to carrier times.

Shipping of orders over $200 USD is free, only in continental USA.

For orders in Europe over $350 USD it is free.

During special seasons or promotions, shipping times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from the shipping company with the tracking number so you can track your order. (Don't forget to check your spam folder).

We are not responsible for delivery delays by shipping companies.

Can I make exchanges or returns?

Yes, we accept exchanges within 5 business days of receiving the order, provided that the item:

  • Has not been used.
  • Is in perfect condition.
  • Is in its original packaging.

We do not accept returns of personalized or items bought on sale. To request an exchange, please email us at info@paulamendoza.com or send us a message on WhatsApp with your order number.

What materials are the pieces made of?

Our fashion jewelry pieces are made of bronze plated in 24K gold / 9.50 sterling silver. Handcrafted in Colombia.

Our eyewear is crafted from handmade cellulose acetate, a sustainable material derived from natural cotton and wood fibers. Designed in Colombia and made in Italy.

Do the pieces have a warranty?

Yes. All our pieces come with a 3-month warranty from the date of purchase.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects, not damage caused by misuse or contact with chemicals. To activate the warranty, contact us at info@paulamendoza.com or WhatsApp with your order number and photos of the piece.

Are the pieces heavy?

No, our jewelry is designed to be lightweight and comfortable. Each piece is crafted with a balance between shape and weight to ensure a pleasant wearing experience.

How should I care for my jewelry?
  • Avoid scratching by keeping the product in the original bag. 
  • Do not use chemical products to clean your jewels. 
  • Put your jewelry on after getting dressed, and remove it before exercising, taking a shower, or going to the beach. 
  • Prevent discoloration by keeping your jewels away from perfume, lotions, cosmetics and seawater. 
  • Gently clean it with the original bag after every use.
Do you offer a plating service?

Yes, we offer a plating service to extend the life of your pieces. The cost and time required for this service varies depending on the jewelry.
