You may return an item (s) within 30 days of receipt of purchase for a store credit. Shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
If you wish to make an exchange, original order will be cancelled and refund will be issued. A new order will be made for the new exchanged item.
Before returning your item, please contact us and will gladly to answer any questions.
We will not accept returns on items if they are customized in any manner i.e.: engraving, sizing.
We will not accept returns on items after the 30-day period.
No refunds will be processed prior to receipt of returned merchandise.
For your protection, all jewelry returns should be insured for their full value. Paula Mendoza will not be responsible for returns lost in transit.
